I've been a customer of Alabu since 2005, and honestly I can't even begin to describe how THANKFUL I am to have found your Company! Your products are incomparable, and your customer service is indescribable! I have to admit, I ran out of your soap on Thursday of last week, and, out of desperation, purchased a bar of soap from my local health food store. My son broke out in a rash...so, I placed an order from Alabu late Friday afternoon...and, was stunned when the Mail person walked in with it today (it's MONDAY)!! Thanks for the high quality service you provide to your customers! YOU'RE A GOD-SEND!

Your order will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail and should arrive in 3 to 5 days. Our delivery record is excellent. However, orders do get lost in the mail (truly a rare thing). If you have not received your order in 7 days, please let us know so we can fix the problem. We put our customers first and will resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
