Dear Alabu: I've been a customer of Alabu since 2005, and honestly I can't even begin to describe how THANKFUL I am to have found your Company! Your products are incomparable, and your customer service is indescribable! I have to admit, I ran out of your soap on Thursday of last week, and, out of desperation, purchased a bar of soap from my local health food store. My son broke out in a rash...so, I placed an order from Alabu late Friday afternoon...and, was stunned when the Mail person walked in with it today (it's MONDAY)!! Thanks for the high quality service you provide to your customers! YOU'RE A GOD-SEND!
Tammy - Santa Fe, NM (5/07)

Your order will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail and should arrive in 3 to 5 days. Our delivery record is excellent. However, orders do get lost in the mail (truly a rare thing). If you have not received your order in 7 days, please let us know so we can fix the problem. We put our customers first and will resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Customer Service is open:
Monday - Friday
8am - 6pm EST

Natural Soap - Goat Milk Soap - Natural Soap   Directions to Alabu

Directions to Alabu
(printable version)
Please be sure to call ahead before making the drive. We are a small family run soap business and not always at our shop. Call (518) 665-0411 to be sure we don't miss your visit.

We are open for walk in business 10am - 6pm on Mondays. Still a good idea to call ahead though.

When you come in the driveway, follow the sign. It looks like we are telling you to drive across our lawn (we are) but it really is a solid roadway that leads around back to our basement shop.
