Bare Foot Care

When your feet are hurting from being on them all day, take some time to relax and take care of your feet.

A hot bath for your feet is a great place to start, to relieve sore, tired feet. A postal worker told us she loves to do this with our Stress Relief bath blast. Then follow up with a scrubbing foot massage using beautiful feet soap. Rinse and dry and then apply the Tea Tree Lotion Stick Moisturizer and rub in well.

Be selective about the shoes you wear. High heels may make your legs look good, but they are bad for your feet. A high heeled shoe puts all your weight onto the ball of the foot, shortening the Achilles tendon and straining the arch. High heels also can cause ankle injuries and crowd the toes, which can lead to hammertoes, bunions and corns.

A heel should be no higher than 1-1/2 inches.
