Dear Alabu: I first heard about your company in the Sunday Gazette and after reading the article I immediately went on your web site that night. My 4-year-old granddaughter, was suffering from severe psoriasis on her legs and arms. The dermatologist had us using a steroid cream twice a week with the warning not to overuse it as it can cause thinning of the skin! Even with that she was constantly itching and saying her legs hurt. Long story short, I read the article, went on the web site and ordered your goat milk soap - which was delivered to my door in an amazing two days time! I use this on her hair and her body during her shower and the results have been nothing short of miraculous!!! The itching stopped within a few days and the red patches began to disappear. I also bought some of the Alabu oil and I put that on her after her shower and her skin really started to look wonderful. Best of all she announced, "Meema, no more itchies!" We had a follow up with the dermatologist today and she got a great report- everything looks wonderful and is cleared up. I told the doctor about the Alabu soap and she said whatever works and does not irritate her skin is good. All I know is that I no longer have to rely on steroids for my 4-year -old and I personally feel so much better treating her with a natural, non-irritating soap that obviously does not have the same serious side effects as steroids! I cannot say enough about your goat milk soap and in fact have given several of my bars away to friends with problem skin so that they could try your product. I am so happy that I have found your products - I am now a loyal customer! I also love the foot soap and the lip balm which I bought for myself. Thank you so much for your wonderful products - they have certainly made a difference in our family and most especially for our little granddaughter.

Welcome to Alabu Soap.

Many people think NY is mostly like New York City. We live about 3 hours north of NYC and the country side here is beautiful. This is a small stream you cross coming in our driveway.

Nell and Alabu (Ally).

Fascination (the horse) started eating the hay we put on the ground for the goats then going to her hayrack which was out of reach of the goats. We noticed the goats going behind the barn door to scratch themselves. So we started feeding them there. Fasci is a tad depressed as she can no longer steal the goat's hay.

As you can see the goats are quite happy with this arrangement.
