Microwave for 2 to 4 minutes ( depending on size of rice bag and the power of your microwave) until it's comfortably warm and moist. Doctors recommend moist heat over dry heat. Great for sore muscles in your neck and back, arthritis, bed warmers, foot warmers. It can be used for indoor/outdoor.
