We guarantee that your skin will love our products. If you are unsatisfied with a product, please let us know and we'll try to find a product to better suit your needs. If we're unable to offer something you're satisfied with, we will send you a postage-paid return package and refund the entire purchase price of the product once we receive it. If you are returning an entire order, we will even refund your original shipping charges. Try finding that from another skin care company!

If you just want to exchange any product (used or unused), let us know and we'll gladly exchange it. You just pay the return shipping, and any price difference there may be.
