Returns & Replacements
In over a decade of business, we've had an insanely small number of returns, (0.059%, actually), so the chances of you needing this page are pretty slim. Even so, if you'd like to return or exchange something, keep reading.
- Call or e-mail us. We'll do everything we can to make you a happy customer. You'll talk to one of our friendly staff who will try to help you out and see if there is a product that might fit your needs a little better. Of course if you don't want to chat and just want to return the item, that's fine too as long as it is within 90 days of your purchase date.
- Receive your prepaid return package. Yep, this happens so rarely that we actually send you a package with the postage already paid for you to return the item.
- Send it back to us. This is where things get complicated. Ok not really at all. Whether or not you've used the product just drop the item in the package provided and put it in your mailbox or bring it to the post office. We'll refund you the full purchase price of the product. If you're returning an entire order, we'll even refund your shipping. Yep, even your original shipping charges.
Please note that if you return a product and then buy it again, you won't be able to get a refund for that product again. Unfortunately there are some people out there who would buy a product, use half, return it, and repeat the process just to get free skin care goodies.
- Call or e-mail us. We'll do everything we can to take care of you, and our expert staff will do their best to guide you towards whichever product will better suit your skin care needs.
- Return the product. Wether or not you've used the product just send the product back to us (include the invoice number).
- Receive your exchanged product. As soon as we receive your product, we'll send out the exchanged product. You'll have to pay any difference in price between the original product and the new one.
