Dear Alabu: I received my 1st order of your soap today! I ordered sat and got it in Chicago Wed. I have been using various goat milk cold process soaps for the last year. I have ordered from many soap makers! I have to tell you after using your soaps tonight I will never switch! The "Rich” bar and the lilac goat milk are to die for. We were out in the hot sun all day and had parched skin, what a treat!!! No lotion required. My 12-year-old son said to me, "Mom, why does this soap smell like the bushes at Suzy and Pop's? It smells so good! A 12-year-old boy wanted to know why the soap smelled like his grandparents lilac bushes! That's some positive feedback! Thank you so much for such a lovely product. Cold process the gold standard of soap making, no water added and one ounce of goat milk. What attention to quality. I truly do not know if other people make a product as superior as yours. Your order will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail and should arrive in 3 to 5 days. Our delivery record is excellent. However, orders do get lost in the mail (truly a rare thing). Here at Alabu we make handmade natural soap and skin care products that are gentle and will not dry out your skin. When we formulate our natural soap and other products, we select the best ingredients for your natural skin care and do not use colors, preservatives, fillers, or water. We make natural goat milk soap, a natural lotion stick, lip balm and natural bath salt. No animal testing.
A Brief History
After making goat milk soap for a home-school chemistry project, we quickly realized how drying and harsh commercial soap was to our skin. We found that handmade natural soap (made with the “cold process” soap method) retains the naturally occurring glycerin that is very beneficial to your skin. Family and friends told us how our soap was a great skin care product, and how it did not leave their skin feeling dry and itchy like commercial soap did and helped with their eczema treatment. That is when Alabu Soap was born. Now we have retail and wholesale soap customers world wide.

Most people with problem skin, eczema (atopic dermatitis), acne and other sensitive skin care concerns find they can use our skin care products with good results. For our friends with especially sensitive skin, or hard to control atopic dermatitis we also offer a line of unscented products.
